The commission was full-scope. Triangle led the project from first concept and visualisation through to the turnkey handover, taking responsibility for the architecture, the interior design, and the on-site execution as a single continuous engagement rather than three handed-off phases.

The brief asked for a workspace that could carry S-KON Gruppe's German standards of quality and innovation into a Kosovo office without translating them into something foreign. The plan answers in a register that is modern and functional but kept carefully restrained, so the office reads as confident and considered rather than performatively corporate, and so a visitor moving between the Prishtina floor and any of the group's German locations meets the same operating culture in both places.

Every detail in the project was specified with that through-line in mind. Layout, joinery, lighting, and finishes were resolved against a single delivery standard rather than as separate sub-trades, so the finished interior holds together as one consistent argument: comprehensive design and execution as a single, accountable service, from idea to reality.

S-KON Gruppe is a Germany-based group with offices across the country and a Kosovo team housed in the Prishtina office this project was built for. The group operates publicly through skon.de, where its German locations and service portfolio are listed.

The brief from S-KON was clear on its substance: any office Triangle delivered for the Kosovo team had to read as part of the same group, held to the same operating standards, as the German offices it sits alongside. The small daily choices in lighting, joinery, circulation, and breakout had to come out at the level the group would specify at home, not at a different one for being executed in Kosovo.

The collaboration is an example of a client willing to commission a single accountable party for the full delivery rather than the design alone. Triangle led concept, design, and execution as one engagement, and S-KON accepted a Kosovo studio as that single point of accountability for a workspace that needed to carry German quality without being any less Kosovar in how it was actually made.
