Fresha Office
Summary
A modern, minimalist salon concept inspired by Fresha and tailored for beauty spaces in Kosovo, quiet, considered, and built around the everyday client experience. The entrance opens to an uninterrupted sightline through the plan, a sculpted stair detailed as the office's trademark links a focused workspace upstairs to a relaxed lounge and kitchen at ground level, and a restrained material palette of tile, epoxy resin, metal and warm-toned wood is held together by 3000K light tuned for long working days.

Concept & Detail
The plan opens at the entrance, no compression, no concealed doors, so the moment a client steps inside, the whole interior reads as a single, legible volume. Sightlines run uninterrupted from the front threshold deep into the building, and the staircase rises within that view as the project's trademark gesture: a sculpted, freestanding object that doubles as a wayfinding device for the two floors.
Programmatically, the building is split between energies. The ground floor is the relaxed half, a lounge that hosts clients and informal conversation, opening to a working kitchen detailed with the same restraint as the rest of the interior. Upstairs is a focused workspace, deliberately quieter, where appointments are managed and the back-office work of running the salon happens out of view.
Material choices are local and intentionally limited: tile underfoot in the public zones, epoxy resin where seamless surface matters, and metal and warm-toned wood for the joinery and the stair. A single 3000K colour temperature carries through every fixture, so the space photographs warmly at all hours and stays comfortable across long working days, a small decision that holds the rest of the interior together.

The Client
Fresha
Fresha is the leading global beauty and wellness platform, a consumer marketplace and business management system used by salons, barbers, spas and wellness studios in more than 120 countries. The platform handles bookings, payments, point-of-sale, client records, marketing automation, inventory and team coordination, with over 130,000 businesses and 500,000 professionals running their operations on it.
Headquartered in London with offices across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, Fresha was co-founded by William Zeqiri (CEO) and Nick Miller. The Kosovar heritage of its CEO is part of why a Prishtina interior reads as more than an arbitrary location, it grounds a global brand in a regional context, and gives the design language room to draw on local materials and craft without losing the platform's clean, modern signature.
The brief was a workspace that could host the everyday running of a salon, appointments, consultations and back-office work, while expressing the same restraint and clarity that defines the product itself. Every spatial decision, from the unbroken sightline at the entrance to the trademark stair and the warm 3000K light, is calibrated to feel like the physical counterpart of a Fresha booking flow: simple, considered, and quietly designed for repeat use.
