Concept & Detail
When Frakton became part of Kin + Carta, its Prishtina team needed a headquarters that could carry a global consultancy's standards while staying rooted in Kosovo. Triangle took the commission as a single end-to-end engagement, from first design and space planning through to the engineered, fully serviced, move-in-ready office, so the client had one accountable party for the whole build rather than a chain of separate contractors.
The scope ran the full depth of the fit-out. Layout and partitions define the plan, glass fronts keep it open and legible, and the technical trades, electrical, lighting, flooring, and acoustics, were coordinated as part of the same design intent rather than resolved after the fact. Soundproof booths and enclosed meeting rooms give a software team the range it needs, from heads-down focus to calls and workshops, without compromising the openness of the studio floor.
Because design, engineering, and execution sat with one team, the details hold together: the way a glass partition meets the ceiling, how light is tuned across the floor, where acoustic separation is needed and where it is not. The finished office reads as one considered environment, delivered to the level a company of Kin + Carta's standing expects and built entirely in Prishtina.

Frakton is a Prishtina software company founded in 2007, building web, mobile, and data products for international clients. In 2022 it became part of Kin + Carta, the global digital-transformation consultancy, joining a Southeastern Europe delivery hub alongside teams in Bulgaria and North Macedonia.
Kin + Carta traces its own history back to 1964 and rebranded to its current name in 2018 after moving fully into digital. With around two thousand consultants, engineers, and data scientists across roughly seventeen offices and a certified B Corporation, the group was itself acquired by the global agency Valtech in 2024. Frakton's Prishtina office is the Kosovo anchor of that network.
The brief was a headquarters that could represent that lineage without importing it wholesale: a Kosovo office held to an international standard, delivered complete and working. Triangle led the project end to end, design, engineering, and execution as one engagement, so the finished workplace could carry the group's expectations while being unmistakably built in Prishtina.
